When exporting from Crystal Reports to a PDF file, the fonts decrease in size and barcodes may scan. Solution: This is not caused by IDAutomation fonts, but is a known issue with Crystal Reports where it reduces the font when exporting to a PDF file.

We don’t manage yet the font families in a single file. On the Macintosh, all font files should have a font id number. As we attribute a independent number to each of the fonts, you could encounter problems with the links between separate fonts (like bold, light, etc.).
Another thing to remember is to keep that font folder current. I can’t tell you the number of times someone else works on the job and adds a font (from their system), but doesn’t put it in the Document fonts folder and back it up to the server.

Hi Rich I’m afraid at the moment we don’t support using external font files in the generated PDFs. The PDF is actually generated on our servers, unlike with HTML and CSS it doesn’t matter what fonts you have locally or can link to online, we can only use those that are available on the servers making the PDF.
